Subaru is well known for its all wheel drive WRX STi. The next car to hit the performance section is the BRZ STi, and it is rear wheel drive.
This car looks awesome, almost reminding me of a RX-8, just much cooler. The sad thing is, this is a concept design...and therefore Subaru has stated that 100% of the body panels on the car will not see production.
But the specs are something we can count on. 2662 pounds, which is light. In fact, that is 1000 pounds lighter than Ford's Mustang GT. This should be an amazing performance car, the engine will push around 300 hp from the 2.0L turbocharged boxer. And with the way Subaru has built previous cars, I think this one will corner just fine.

I'll be amazed if they make the sti turbo. Their vision for this model is handling and styling, not flat out performance. That being said, if they don't get completely away from their wrc heritage and have a turbo option, I'll be first in line.
